Any trial assessments provided through XRAE are tentative and non-binding and based on the information provided as of the date thereof. Assessments provided through XRAE are NOT OFFERS of life insurance, nor are they a guarantee that any insurance company ("Company") will offer to issue a policy at any specific rate classification. Should a formal application be submitted, the Company will evaluate all subsequent information received and all prior information will be re-evaluated.
